Finally, got the time to blog again. Looks like i'm gonna blog like onli once or twice a week due to fatigue at work. Haha. But maybe i'll be able to blog more next week because my boss is flying again. LOL! But, there's still lots of tings fer mi to do. Anyway, same routine, cooked on sat n sun. Cooked one new dish ytd. Was trying to practice some new yr dish called golden prosperity tofu. But it doesnt turn out to be golden though. Haha. Same fer today, cooked fer damien n mao. I'm gonna start my pineapple tarts later in the middle of the nite. LMAO. Will update u guys on my baking of tarts. Fer now, some pics to display..

Was shocked tat the fried dumpling turn out to be crispier than those selling outside. N it smells nicer too. =) Mao says it taste better than those tat we bought outside. Looks like i'm able to open a stall now. Wahaha.
